Who we are
Common is provided by Mosaic Minds Software, LLC (“we”). Contact: zachary@mosaicmindscounseling.com.
Data we process
- Account profile data you provide (name, email, household)
- Financial account metadata and transactions from providers you connect (e.g. Plaid) or imports you upload
- App settings, budgets, goals, notes, and AI connection tokens you create
- Technical logs needed to operate and secure the service
How we use data
To provide the workspace, sync and categorize activity, power features you enable, secure the service, and communicate service messages. We do not sell personal information.
AI connections
When you mint a Connect AI or API credential and send context to a third-party model, that provider processes the data under their terms. Revocation stops future Common API access; it does not erase data already sent.
Retention & deletion
You may request export or deletion of household data subject to legal retention needs and backup cycles. Details will be finalized for launch.
